By registering with Cria Talent Limited and requesting our services in your search for new employment you are accepting the terms of this GDPR Privacy Notice and you are consenting to our collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of your personal data.

What information do we collect about you?

We will collect personal data from you when you register either via our website or during your interview with one of our consultants.

This personal data will include; your name, address, date of birth, email address, requirements for new employment and past employers.

What do we do with your personal data?

When you register with Cria Talent Limited to secure permanent employment your personal data will be stored on our “Client Management” database and between our internal consultants on an Excel database. The data stored is of a personal nature and is used purely with the intention of securing you a permanent role. It is deemed to be in our Legitimate Interest that this data be shared, when necessary with our clients in order to market your details to suitable positions. We will not disclose to a client any of the following information without your prior consent; your name, your home address, any of your contact details i.e. your telephone numbers or email address.

By registering with Cria Talent Limited you are accepting that to limit this sharing of your data would prohibit the opportunities our consultants would be able to offer you.

When you register with Cria Talent Limited for employment your name and telephone number will be stored in our Company Mobile Telephone in order for you to be contacted regarding new opportunities.

How do we protect your Personal Data?

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Your personal data belongs to you and at any time you may request to see exactly what data we hold on you. To do so you would need to email our data controller, Aidan Fraser, at hello@criatalent.co.uk. This request will be issued to you with in a calendar month.

All personal data that is stored on either our “Client Management” database, Excel Database or Company Mobile Phone is password protected and backed up to a secure offsite server.

All personal data given over to us when registering is given with the sole purpose of us securing you permanent employment. As such this data will be retained for a period of 24 months. When that timeframe has elapsed all computer stored personal data is cleansed.
