A Gastro Pub, owned and managed by a Chef. Fantastic rare breed meats and fresh day boat caught fish delivered every day. A real emphasis on work life balance for the kitchen…so while evenings and weekends are an essential part of the duties, the head chef insists that the team works hard to ensure days off and time out of the kitchen. There is a small team of 4 in the kitchen, so the right attitude is as important as technical “nose to tail” cooking skills in this role.
Expect to find a 60 cover dining room where the team work together to create a regularly changing menu offering refined seasonal dishes. The bar in the pub offers a small Pub Classics menu, still all cooked from the very best fresh ingredients.
